The trends of the past provide indications for the future

“He who controls the past, commands the future.” This quote from George Orwell also applies to retail planning. It is impossible to actually predict the future with certainty, but extrapolating the trends of the past does provide indications for the future.
In the Data Cube Locatus has arranged its data from recent years in a way that makes it is highly usable for trend analyses. Obvious examples of trend questions are:

the retail offering developed in a town?
- How has
the floor area developed per retail sector?
- Is the
penetration of multiples growing or declining in the Netherlands?
The Data Cube makes it easy to obtain quick and clear answers. You can either import and use the program yourself or ask us to analyse trends for you.
